Description

  • Serve as the content expert for SuperStaff and stay familiar with the brand, messaging, and content needs.
  • Brainstorm and develop creative growth strategies to increase brand awareness and qualified traffic.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments, agencies, freelancers, and vendor partners.
  • Develop and execute strategies to promote the brand and drive qualified traffic using database and contact data tools.
  • Create and manage a multi-channel 360-degree content plan aligned with marketing pillars and sales enablement materials.
  • Draft copy across the full funnel, including blogs, social posts, ads, landing pages, and email flows.
  • Support integrated campaign execution and lead nurturing from planning through launch and optimization.
  • Perform SEO and brand quality assurance through audits, keyword checks, link verification, and grammar review.
  • Track and report on content performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversions, and recommend improvements.
  • Handle new projects and other related marketing support, communications, and tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of related experience in marketing or content writing.
  • Working knowledge of GenAI writing and copyediting.
  • Exposure to lead generation and tracking is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to non-writing marketing tasks as needed.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Comfort working on content, campaign, and marketing support tasks.
  • Experience maintaining contact data or using database tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail for brand voice, links, and grammar.
  • Open to a midshift schedule from 2PM to 11PM.
  • Willing to work onsite once a month in Ayala, Makati while primarily working from home.
