Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and provide high-quality customer support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email with clear, accurate, and timely communication.
  • Assist Territorial Representatives with product inquiries, order statuses, and service requests.
  • Manage escalated cases efficiently in line with company guidelines.
  • Investigate customer concerns and deliver effective resolutions within required timeframes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the system.
  • Maintain updated customer data and transaction records according to company policies.
  • Prepare and submit reports on customer service performance and escalations.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in voice and email support.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Knowledge of CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and maintain a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
