Description

  • Gather and refine client requirements through prototyping and visualization.
  • Deliver consulting engagements and high-quality project outcomes.
  • Manage client expectations through status updates and proactive feedback.
  • Design scalable analytics solutions using Alteryx, KNIME, SQL, Snowflake, Python, and other data sources.
  • Create standard workflows, analytical applications, reusable macros, and automated reports.
  • Manage project timelines and team capacity while communicating progress to project managers, sales, and leadership.
  • Lead capability stand-ups, team meetings, and client or internal workshops.
  • Mentor and manage consultants and senior consultants, supporting their professional growth.
  • Partner with sales and clients to identify account expansion and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to identify consultants for relevant blogs and webinars.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated expertise in data analytics and visualization platforms.
  • 3+ years of advanced Alteryx experience, including macro development; Alteryx certification is highly preferred.
  • Advanced-level certifications in both Alteryx and KNIME.
  • Previous team lead experience coaching and mentoring analytics consultants.
  • Experience creating scalable analytics solutions with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Snowflake, Python, R, AWS, or Azure.
  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI data visualization.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, and Azure.
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with data warehouses, data marts, or data models.
  • Strong data fluency and ability to communicate effectively with business users.
  • Exceptional client-facing communication, project management, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
  • Experience connecting to SAP, Databricks, SharePoint, or similar data sources is preferred.
  • Experience with Python and/or R scripting is preferred.
