Description

  • Own the private equity vertical within the Anthropic partnership and manage fund-level relationships.
  • Develop and apply AI value creation frameworks aligned to PE investment theses and portfolio objectives.
  • Lead engagement origination and shaping across due diligence, post-close integration, value creation, and exit preparation.
  • Serve as the primary executive sponsor for PE-focused accounts and own outcomes with senior stakeholders.
  • Build multi-year account plans that expand from single portfolio companies to broader fund relationships.
  • Partner with Anthropic field teams to coordinate go-to-market motions, co-develop proposals, and align account strategy.
  • Create repeatable playbooks, value frameworks, and engagement patterns to scale the PE offering.
  • Mentor delivery leaders and account teams to ensure client relationship quality and AI outcomes meet expectations.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or financial services with accountability for engagement quality and revenue growth.
  • Experience working with or within private equity firms, portfolio companies, or financial services organizations.
  • Track record of scoping and delivering $500K–$5M+ services programs with measurable financial outcomes.
  • Experience building multi-account, multi-engagement programs and growing an overall portfolio.
  • Ability to operate credibly at the GP, CFO, and operating partner level.
  • Experience building AI or data value creation frameworks that connect technology investment to business outcomes.
  • Comfort working in a high-growth, matrixed environment with limited structure.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • AI/data fluency across agentic AI, LLM-powered workflows, RAG, agent orchestration, MCP-style integrations, and AI evals.
  • Direct experience with Anthropic (Claude for Work, API, or Enterprise) or a comparable LLM platform.
  • Financial modeling and business case development skills, including ROI modeling and EBITDA impact analysis.
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA with a finance or accounting concentration, or equivalent, preferred.
  • Experience building or operating within a PE-focused practice, preferred.
  • Prior success designing AI value creation programs in PE-backed portfolio companies, preferred.
  • Existing relationships within the private equity ecosystem, preferred.
