Description

  • Own end-to-end client business strategy projects, including planning, research, analysis, execution, and client delivery.
  • Manage client relationships across multiple levels and maintain a strong understanding of client business and culture.
  • Develop customized strategic plans to support clients’ short- and long-term goals.
  • Provide ongoing industry insights, research-based recommendations, and client-specific analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to engage internal PSG experts on custom projects and analyses.
  • Lead procurement, market check, and RFP strategy and process, including RFP creation and vendor selection support.
  • Review and manage vendor contracts through final execution and negotiate business terms on behalf of clients.
  • Assess opportunities to expand PSG services within existing client relationships and support renewals.
  • Support business development through client references, conference participation, and internal workgroups.
  • Contribute to new programs, services, corporate positions, and publications based on client and market needs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in PBM, pharmacy, or managed care environments.
  • Experience developing strategies and implementing programs for large Rx and medical benefit programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or PharmD/RPh strongly preferred.
  • Experience creating client-facing written materials and communications in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong financial analysis skills using Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Client relationship management experience with the ability to adjust communication style for different audiences and seniority levels.
  • Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in pharmacy benefits or managed care is required.
  • Familiarity with large client procurement, RFP, and contract review processes is preferred.

  • Base salary of $180,000-$200,000, exclusive of bonuses and benefits.
