Description

  • Support and troubleshoot PetDesk’s VoIP phone systems for clients via Zoom, phone, and email.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing support calls and escalate technical issues when necessary.
  • Analyze and translate complex technical requirements into actionable tasks and implementation steps.
  • Independently lead and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams to coordinate implementations and support.
  • Review, analyze, and report trends on common system issues to inform product and support improvements.
  • Provide coverage for customers Monday through Friday across North America.

Requirements

  • Fluency in written and spoken English required; submit resume in English.
  • This is a 100% remote contractor role based in Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Uruguay, Colombia, Brazil, Chile, or Argentina.
  • 6-month contract to start, with possibility of extension.
  • Contractors must provide their own equipment (laptop, monitors, keyboard, mouse, etc.), stable internet connectivity, and a dedicated workstation.
  • Strong customer service skills and professional, articulate communication.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience handling incoming and outgoing support calls and performing technical troubleshooting.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to empathize with customers.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to dissect complex technical issues and drive resolution.

Benefits

  • Compensation: $1,200 per month.
  • 100% remote work (contractor) based in eligible Latin American countries.
