Description

  • Own end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff and requirements gathering through configuration, go-live, and early adoption.
  • Conduct customer training sessions on PetDesk’s software features and functionality.
  • Assess each customer’s unique requirements and challenges, then analyze backend results to guide problem-solving and responses.
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing support, guidance, and change management throughout implementation.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues during implementation in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation of customer interactions, implementation details, and configurations.
  • Generate reports and provide internal stakeholders with insights on implementation progress, challenges, and successes.
  • Manage approximately 30–40 concurrent implementation projects while coordinating customer communications, milestones, and 3–4 meetings per day.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Support, and Customer Success to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in software implementation, customer success, or a related field.
  • Primary customer communications experience over the phone or in virtual meetings.
  • Ability to learn and understand software applications quickly.
  • Familiarity with client communication software, CRM systems, or SaaS solutions is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Professional fluency in both English and French, written and spoken, is required.
  • Professional fluency in German is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Support.
  • Ability to self-manage priorities and balance multiple projects in a task-driven workflow.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar software.
  • Experience working for a veterinary SaaS company or partnering closely with veterinary clinics or the broader pet care industry is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable working primarily Eastern Time Zone business hours.
