Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new client requests on high-priority accounts and align internal teams on priorities and timing.
  • Manage integrated project plans across multiple service lines.
  • Plan and monitor resource utilization, forecast workload and bandwidth, and support project budgeting and staffing decisions.
  • Track hours and costs to keep projects within budget and escalate risks to finance and management as needed.
  • Assign, delegate, and manage tasks using Wrike or client-preferred project management tools.
  • Manage resourcing assignments for client projects.
  • Lead ongoing process improvements to increase efficiency across the company and support internal initiatives and operations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and Seer teammates while keeping projects on track and on time.
  • Work with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to meet client goals and deadlines.

Requirements

  • US-based candidate able to work continental US hours.
  • Experience managing projects with internal cross-functional teams of 8-10+ people.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, Paid Media, Data Analytics, and UX.
  • Experience interfacing directly with client points of contact at all levels and adapting communication style accordingly.
  • Strong project management, communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to proactively anticipate needs, navigate tasks independently, and handle competing priorities.
  • Comfort managing complex timelines, risk, budget, context switching, and multiple projects.
  • Experience wrangling team members, vendors, and client stakeholders to rally around a project plan and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to embrace continued learning, innovation, change management, and AI workflow experimentation.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Wrike or similar platforms is preferred.

Benefits

  • $70,000-$80,000 annual salary, with final compensation based on skills and experience.
  • Compensation is evaluated at least once per year.
  • Remote-first work environment.
  • Option to work from the Philadelphia HQ office if preferred.
