Description

  • Own partner activation and commercialization by translating signed partnerships into clear use cases, target accounts, and joint value propositions.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue in partnership with Sales leadership.
  • Engage directly in priority deals to build and scale partner-driven sales motions in provider and healthcare environments.
  • Build repeatable partner playbooks for when to engage partners, how to position joint value, and how to execute across the sales cycle.
  • Embed partners into core Sales workflows to support consistent adoption across the go-to-market organization.
  • Enable Sales teams with training, account planning guidance, and deal strategy support for partner engagements.
  • Develop partner training, enablement, and collateral, especially for reseller and channel partners.
  • Work with Marketing on targeted joint initiatives that generate qualified pipeline and support partner-driven outcomes.
  • Partner with RevOps and Marketing Ops to track partner contribution, conversion, deal velocity, and revenue impact.
  • Establish rules of engagement, engagement models, and incentives to align direct Sales and partners and support scale.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, channels, sales, or related commercial roles within B2B healthcare or enterprise technology.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue through partnerships and alliances.
  • Experience building from the ground up with limited resources and operating as both strategist and doer.
  • Experience influencing or carrying a revenue target.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to engage in and progress complex deals.
  • Experience enabling partners and internal teams through training, collateral, and demo execution.
  • Ability to operate as a hands-on leader in a growth-stage organization.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
