Description

  • Develop and maintain product expertise and a deep understanding of client workflows.
  • Onboard and train new clients through remote and onsite delivery.
  • Analyze client scheduling requirements and configure the software to streamline workflows.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for configuration-related issues.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and drive end-user satisfaction.
  • Identify, develop, and share best practices that help clients achieve business goals.
  • Serve as the voice of the client and advocate for end users within the organization.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and others to deliver effective solutions.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a software implementation role.
  • Ability to quickly learn the Lightning Bolt product and apply knowledge with clients.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to think through novel challenges, juggle multiple tasks in high-pressure situations, and drive process change.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Candidates must be located within the US.
  • Candidates must be willing to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
  • Experience with SQL or other relational databases is a plus.
