Description

  • Lead development, revision, and maintenance of curricula, assessments, labs, instructor resources, and learner materials.
  • Translate technical procedures and field practices into practical learning experiences for adult learners.
  • Ensure curriculum quality, accuracy, scope, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, technology partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Design instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and blended learning solutions, including pilots and reviews.
  • Use technology and media to create engaging curriculum content.
  • Conduct research to develop new technical training offerings, content, and assessments.
  • Manage project risks, priorities, deliverables, and special projects.
  • Improve content development processes and methods for measuring learner progress nationwide.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in critical infrastructure, data centers, and/or advanced manufacturing facilities.
  • Experience developing training for electromechanical, instrumentation, PLC/automation, industrial maintenance, electrical, or critical facilities roles.
  • Deep knowledge of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated-facility equipment, including PLCs/DCS/SCADA, UPS, generators, sensors, motors, pumps, HVAC, and related systems.
  • Experience with LOTO, OSHA, NFPA, and high-energy electrical or mechanical systems.
  • Strong experience using SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, or similar procedures in critical environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems and communicate technical processes clearly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, equivalent experience, or related industry certifications.
  • Experience developing adult-learning curriculum, labs, assessments, simulations, or scenario-based activities preferred.
  • Project management, analytical, data visualization, facilitation, coaching, OSHA, or NFPA experience preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $80,000–$90,000 per year.
  • Remote work with two Per Scholas site visits per month; NYC or Atlanta preferred.
