Description

  • Guide prospective students through each stage of the application and enrolment process.
  • Engage leads by phone, email, and video using a structured contact strategy.
  • Manage, track, and optimise the enrolment pipeline in CRM systems.
  • Deliver timely, professional, and supportive communication to create a strong customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers for newly enrolled learners.
  • Communicate the value, structure, and outcomes of programme options clearly and accurately.
  • Contribute to enrolment targets through consistent activity and consultative selling.
  • Maintain accurate records and data integrity across CRM platforms.
  • Participate in training and upskilling sessions to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Encourage student referrals to support enrolment growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in a dedicated sales role, ideally in high-value consumer services or a similar environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills across phone, video, and written channels.
  • Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate data records.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience.
  • Resilience, persistence, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work remotely with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
