Description

  • Own the full lifecycle of tenders, including RFP monitoring, bid preparation, submission, and tracking.
  • Maintain and organize contract files, pricing, discounts, and hospital acquisition documentation, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to gather inputs and support tender and contract submissions.
  • Monitor public procurement platforms and proactively identify relevant tender opportunities.
  • Evaluate, optimize, and implement tender, offer, and contract workflows to improve team efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal QMS requirements and domestic and global regulations while handling sensitive data responsibly.
  • Analyze and report on tender- and contract-related data to support business decisions.

Requirements

  • Business-fluent Polish, fluent English, and fluent German.
  • Proven experience in contracting and/or tendering, preferably in Polish public procurement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience with CMS or tender/contract management systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities and a focus on continuous process improvement.
  • Experience in MedTech, life sciences, or pharma sectors is considered a plus.
  • CV must be submitted in English.
