Description

  • Own and develop the sales territory in Northern Germany, including Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, and Niedersachsen.
  • Build long-term partnerships with clinics and interventional physicians in radiology, vascular surgery, and cardiology.
  • Provide clinical consultation and support for the use of Penumbra products in hospital settings.
  • Lead product introductions and deliver presentations to users and procurement stakeholders.
  • Analyze existing accounts, identify new market opportunities, and expand business potential.
  • Maintain relationships with key decision-makers and opinion leaders in the region.
  • Implement regional sales and marketing strategies with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Support interventional procedures and assist directly in the clinical environment.
  • Represent Penumbra at congresses, workshops, and professional events.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams at national and European level.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or university degree in medicine, natural sciences, or business administration.
  • Several years of sales experience with a strong focus on closing deals and developing new opportunities.
  • Understanding of clinical workflows and the ability to build trusted relationships in a hospital environment.
  • Motivated personality with a confident presence, strong initiative, and enthusiasm for innovative MedTech solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a cooperative and solution-oriented working style.
  • High willingness to learn, flexibility, and motivation to succeed in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
  • Independent, structured, and reliable working style with a high level of personal accountability.
  • Fluent German and good English skills, spoken and written.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the sales territory.
  • English-language CV required because the recruiting process includes English-speaking colleagues.
