Description

  • Drive territory growth by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts in neurovascular specialties.
  • Own end-to-end territory management, including account strategy, segmentation, forecasting, and revenue responsibility.
  • Build and maintain strong clinical relationships with healthcare professionals, including KOL engagement and regular customer interaction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and clinical practices through lab visits, planned customer meetings, and market observation.
  • Support product adoption through training, product demonstrations, and clinical education.
  • Position products within pricing and reimbursement frameworks to improve commercial outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors and turn insights into actionable commercial strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Service, and internal stakeholders to execute go-to-market plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare.
  • Experience in neurovascular, neurosurgery, interventional radiology, or related specialties preferred.
  • Broader vascular, endovascular, or cardiology experience will also be considered.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing both existing and new accounts.
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, clinical applications, and procedural environments.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage a field-based territory.
  • Valid driver’s license.
