Description

  • Support Clinical Research project teams with Monday.com implementation, process design, documentation, best practices, and end-user training.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Research stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate requests into actionable goals and deliverables.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and develop subject-matter expertise.
  • Provide status reports to Clinical leadership and business owners.
  • Engage proactively with Clinical Leadership to ensure business needs are addressed.
  • Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System and applicable domestic and global quality regulations, standards, and procedures.
  • Follow and support compliance with applicable security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other assigned work-related duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience developing and implementing work management platforms for project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Professional experience developing and implementing Monday.com Work Management for client project management needs.
  • Proficiency designing and implementing customized workflows and automations in Monday.com boards, dashboards, and WorkDocs.
  • Ability to gather user requirements, develop strategic solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong oral, written, interpersonal, critical-thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments.
  • Working toward Monday.com Work Management certifications, including Core, Advanced, or Admin Certification; Product Workflow Badge completion is a plus.
  • Familiarity with clinical trial phases and operations is preferred.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and documentation processes is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and standard office tools; willingness and ability to work on site.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, move between buildings and floors, and remain stationary while using office equipment for extended periods.
  • Ability to work around potential blood-borne pathogens and communicate accurate information with employees at all levels.

Benefits

  • Temporary position lasting approximately six months.
  • Base pay of $44–$55 per hour, depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, and work location.
