Description

  • Manage high-exposure, cross-functional projects supporting Airalo’s strategy.
  • Coordinate internal deliverables, external partners, vendors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Represent Airalo with mobile networks, vendors, and service partners globally.
  • Develop project plans covering timelines, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, resources, and deliverables.
  • Track, measure, and report project performance and status.
  • Identify project risks, define mitigation plans, and manage resource allocation and prioritization.
  • Apply project governance, quality assurance, and project management best practices.
  • Coordinate regulatory compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Quality Assurance activities.
  • Coordinate technical integration of new mobile networks with the Airalo platform.
  • Act as the first-level escalation point for project issues and shortcomings.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the mobile telecommunications industry.
  • At least 6 years of experience managing enterprise software deployment and integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of eSIM technology and use cases.
  • Understanding of mobile roaming, including passive and active roaming, international calling, and sponsored roaming.
  • Experience with project management methodologies ranging from Waterfall to Agile.
  • Strong project planning and execution skills across scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, critical path, risk, and status reporting.
  • Problem-solving mindset and strong stakeholder communication abilities.
  • Business-fluent English proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile PM training and certification preferred.
  • Basic understanding of mobile core and OSS/BSS technologies and international work experience preferred.
