Description

  • Lead provider EMR integration implementations from planning through go-live and post-launch support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and owner for provider EMR integration success.
  • Coordinate Client Success, Clinical Operations, Product, Engineering, provider organizations, and third-party EMR partners.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, action items, decisions, documentation, and stakeholder updates.
  • Execute implementation activities including administrative setup, test-data preparation, system configuration, demonstrations, and training.
  • Facilitate functional testing, user acceptance testing, and production migration validation.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot integration issues in partnership with internal teams and support engineers.
  • Monitor integration health, report applicable metrics, and escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Use standardized processes, templates, and self-service tools to deliver implementations efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience implementing complex healthcare software with provider practices.
  • 3+ years of experience implementing integration technologies such as SMART-on-FHIR applications and HL7/FHIR services.
  • Understanding of provider workflows, risk adjustment, and quality of care.
  • Proficiency with APIs, data feeds, EMR configuration, and other technical integration concepts.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and expectation-setting skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations and communicate project status to leadership.
  • Experience with interoperability technologies such as proprietary EMR APIs and CCDAs; Epic, athena, or Redox experience is relevant.
  • High ownership, hands-on execution, adaptability, resourcefulness, collaboration, and conflict-management skills.
