Description

  • Own the engagement plan, scope, schedule, milestones, and budget for a fixed-scope statement of work.
  • Direct enterprise architects and analysts across multiple time zones and coordinate their deliverables.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops with application owners and client architects to collect and validate data.
  • Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, decision records, and other delivery artifacts.
  • Report to client sponsors and EVOCS leadership and present to steering committees and executives.
  • Review architecture models, process documentation, and deliverables for quality and consistency.
  • Manage scope amid incomplete documentation and unclear system ownership, raising change requests as needed.
  • Identify follow-on opportunities and support the development of new statements of work.
  • Lead additional data-focused workstreams as the client account expands.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing IT or business transformation projects, including assessments, portfolio analysis, or system selection.
  • Experience with enterprise architecture and ArchiMate modeling principles, concepts, and notation.
  • Proficiency with BPMN notation, process modeling, and business process documentation.
  • Knowledge of data architecture and management, including data lakes, warehouses, modeling, integration, governance, and lifecycle management.
  • Consulting or professional services experience delivering fixed-scope engagements with defined deliverables and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong project management skills; PMP certification is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to direct technical specialists without performing their work directly.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity, incomplete documentation, unclear ownership, and immature IT practices.
  • Fluent written and spoken English with strong client-facing communication skills.
  • Degree in business, information systems, or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2, TOGAF, or comparable certification preferred.
  • Experience with platforms such as BizzDesign, LeanIX, ServiceNow APM, or Ardoq and application rationalization frameworks such as TIME preferred.
  • Denver location or consistent overlap with Mountain Time preferred; experience in data center, colocation, or capital-intensive environments is a plus.
