Description

  • Develop short- and medium-term demand forecasts for preventive maintenance and repair work across regions, markets, and service lines.
  • Analyze historical trends, seasonality, customer demand, and operational inputs to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Maintain rolling demand forecasts and update plans as business conditions change.
  • Identify demand variability, operational risks, and capacity constraints, and communicate recommendations to Operations leadership.
  • Partner with Operations leaders to understand field execution, scheduling constraints, and workload requirements.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly business planning meetings to align priorities with forecasted demand.
  • Collaborate with Headcount, Costing, and Revenue teams to translate forecasts into staffing, cost, and revenue plans.
  • Develop dashboards, KPI reporting, and operational analytics for Operations and Finance leadership.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy, analyze variances between planned and actual workload, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses related to service expansion, market trends, seasonal demand, and capacity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in demand planning, operations analytics, financial analysis, supply chain, or another analytical business function.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, Pivot Tables, charts, and data analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across Operations, Finance, and Business teams.
  • Experience supporting high-volume operations such as field service, maintenance, logistics, manufacturing, or telecommunications (preferred).
  • Exposure to forecasting, workforce planning, capacity planning, or demand planning (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools (preferred).

  • Base pay range of $70,000–$90,000 USD.
