Description

  • Use data-driven analysis to investigate business problems using quantitative and qualitative information.
  • Work at a detailed level to build foundational understanding of the business and problem space.
  • Define, test, and learn from hypotheses through experimentation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the user experience.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing to drive solutions at scale.
  • Identify opportunities by analyzing market-level operations and customer insights.
  • Support execution of high-priority initiatives across the Dasher lifecycle, including supply and demand, cost and quality, pay, retention, and batching.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, financial services, operations, technology, startups, or related fields.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data to make informed decisions.
  • Experience independently using SQL and Excel to work with data.
  • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly, concisely, and thoroughly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong first-principles problem-solving mindset and willingness to take action and try new approaches.
  • Detail-oriented and execution-focused, with a hands-on approach to getting work done.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience balancing quantitative measurement with an empathetic, intuition-based mindset.
  • Ability to lead from the front with optimism.

  • Base salary of $87,000 to $128,000 USD.
