Description

  • Execute the property marketing plan, including outbound marketing, resident and leasing events, organic social channels, and email campaigns.
  • Support sales and marketing stabilization during property transitions and onboarding to the Peak platform.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and outbound marketing for properties transitioning onto the Peak platform.
  • Complete sales and marketing tasks listed on the Transition Checklist.
  • Execute renewal strategies to improve resident retention and adjust tactics to each property’s needs.
  • Drive online reputation management and satisfaction survey engagement to support brand reputation.
  • Nurture leads and conduct in-person and virtual tours to increase conversion speed.
  • Manage lease paperwork and assist with move-in procedures according to Peak’s guidelines.

Requirements

  • Marketing or related degree, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Direct experience managing and leading sales and marketing strategy for a property, typically at Leasing Manager level or above.
  • Direct experience with social media management.
  • High proficiency in Entrata, Canva, Instagram, TikTok, MS Word, and Excel.
  • Relevant apartment industry experience with a focus on sales, marketing, and leasing.
  • A government-issued passport and driver’s license.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities.
  • Resourceful, well organized, and highly detail-oriented with strong execution skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple detail-oriented tasks at once.
  • Experience with EliseAI preferred.
  • Social content creation experience preferred.
