Description

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and user behavior analysis to improve product experiences.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Design clean, modern, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive digital experiences.
  • Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout design and development cycles.
  • Deliver organized design handoffs using tools such as Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin, or InVision.
  • Optimize user journeys, onboarding flows, landing pages, and product interactions.
  • Design with accessibility and responsive design best practices in mind.
  • Analyze user feedback, A/B testing results, and product performance to refine designs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or Digital Design roles.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, UI systems, and user-centered design work.
  • High proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience creating user flows, design systems, and interactive prototypes.
  • Ability to balance creativity with practical problem-solving and business objectives.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong visual design skills, including typography, spacing, layout, and hierarchy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and iterate quickly based on feedback.
  • Nice to have: experience designing SaaS platforms, mobile apps, or e-commerce products, familiarity with HTML/CSS, analytics tools such as Hotjar, FullStory, or Google Analytics, experience in Agile or sprint-based environments, and exposure to conversion-focused design or growth optimization.
