Description

  • Create and publish job postings across multiple hiring platforms.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings.
  • Conduct structured interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and manage scheduling.
  • Present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed profiles and hiring recommendations.
  • Develop a strong understanding of client hiring needs, business goals, and company culture.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System and keep pipelines organized.
  • Support onboarding activities for successful candidates.
  • Continuously improve recruitment workflows and sourcing strategies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar hiring role.
  • Strong experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience conducting structured candidate interviews.
  • Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience coordinating multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Proficiency with video conferencing tools for remote interviews.
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience recruiting for remote or international positions (preferred).
  • Experience working in a recruitment agency or staffing environment (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques (preferred).
  • Experience recruiting across multiple industries and functional roles (preferred).
