Description

  • Publish and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain structured weekly and monthly content calendars and ensure a consistent posting cadence.
  • Respond to comments, direct messages, and other audience interactions across platforms.
  • Maintain fast engagement response times, especially during the first hour after posting.
  • Write engaging, platform-specific captions and copy that match the brand voice.
  • Adapt messaging and communication style based on audience behavior and platform trends.
  • Improve follower growth, audience activity, reach, and engagement rates through organic strategy.
  • Monitor content performance, analyze engagement metrics, and refine the content approach continuously.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, content trends, and viral formats.
  • Coordinate content deadlines, launch schedules, and execution with broader marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Community Manager, or Organic Growth Specialist.
  • Experience managing multiple social media platforms simultaneously.
  • Strong organic growth and engagement experience.
  • Strong copywriting and caption-writing skills.
  • Experience with community engagement, audience interaction, content scheduling, and social media analytics.
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, viral content patterns, and engagement optimization.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, or similar scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, real-time environments.
  • Preferred experience working with content creators, media brands, SaaS companies, or consumer brands.
  • Preferred experience growing accounts organically at scale.
  • Preferred understanding of short-form video trends, audience psychology, and creator-led growth.
  • Preferred basic experience with Canva, video editing tools, and social media reporting dashboards.
