Description

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives.
  • Define KPIs for engagement, audience growth, traffic, and conversions across platforms.
  • Build and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
  • Write, edit, publish, and schedule platform-specific content that aligns with brand tone and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, content teams, and leadership to produce consistent multimedia assets.
  • Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and audience interactions daily and respond professionally.
  • Escalate customer support or reputation-related issues when needed and support community-building efforts.
  • Launch and manage organic and paid social campaigns for product launches, events, and brand initiatives.
  • Track performance metrics, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and recommend optimizations based on data.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with marketing, PR, content, paid media, and customer support teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional social media management experience.
  • Experience managing multiple social platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and/or YouTube.
  • Proficiency with social scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or HubSpot.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of engagement metrics, audience growth, and content optimization.
  • Experience managing brand accounts in SaaS, e-commerce, agencies, or professional services is preferred.
  • Experience with influencer partnerships and UGC campaigns is preferred.
  • Familiarity with paid social advertising platforms is preferred.
  • Experience handling brand reputation or social media crisis management is preferred.
  • Experience supporting founder-led or personal brand social media growth is preferred.
  • Position is full-time and remote, with working hours aligned to U.S. client business hours.
  • Remote candidates in LATAM, Pakistan, the Philippines, or South Africa are preferred.
