Description

  • Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Post daily, often multiple times per day, to maximize organic reach.
  • Schedule and manage content calendars and optimize posting times.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to trends quickly, and capitalize on viral opportunities.
  • Develop and test strategies to improve social media visibility, engagement, and algorithm performance.
  • Stay current with platform policy and algorithm changes across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Improve website search rankings through keyword research, content optimization, and SEO blog writing.
  • Use AI tools to generate content, marketing assets, captions, articles, and campaign ideas.
  • Support digital marketing activities such as email campaigns, landing page optimization, competitor research, and campaign planning.
  • Create digital billboard artwork, coordinate campaign schedules, and update creative assets.
  • Monitor campaign and content performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports with recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong SEO knowledge and experience optimizing website content.
  • Advanced Instagram knowledge and strong TikTok marketing experience.
  • Strong experience with Facebook Business Suite.
  • Experience growing social media accounts organically.
  • Excellent understanding of social media algorithms and platform policies.
  • Experience using AI tools for marketing and content creation.
  • Strong written English, excellent attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience marketing in highly regulated or restricted industries (highly desirable).
  • Experience working within advertising limitations while remaining compliant (highly desirable).
  • Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar (highly desirable).
  • Video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar (highly desirable).
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs (highly desirable).
  • Experience with digital outdoor advertising or basic bookkeeping/administrative support (highly desirable).

Benefits

  • Salary of PHP 35,000 - 65,000.
  • Part-time role.
  • Working hours aligned to AU time.
