Description

  • Provide technical support to customers via email and chat.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Record, close, and report on support issues accurately and on time.
  • Document knowledge in knowledge base tech notes and articles.
  • Help improve the product FAQ and knowledge base.
  • Work closely with engineering on unresolved or recurring issues.
  • Post content to Reddit twice a week about SpinOne usage tips, backup strategy, policy creation, admin workflows, and related platform guidance.
  • Manage Reddit comments daily, answer questions, enforce community guidelines, and follow up with users through 1:1 calls or unresolved threads.
  • Host recurring 2-hour AMAs on SpinOne product topics and open Q&A sessions.

Requirements

  • Expertise in the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience in technical support, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Confidence hosting live sessions and thinking quickly in front of an audience.
  • Comfort with knowledge base tools, ticketing systems, and basic escalation workflows.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
  • Ability to balance reactive support work with proactive content and community engagement.
  • Prior experience running or contributing to an online community, such as a forum, Slack community, or subreddit (preferred).
  • Familiarity with SaaS backup and recovery concepts (preferred).
  • Experience writing technical documentation or how-to content (preferred).
