Description

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing and growth goals.
  • Create and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Write engaging captions, hooks, and platform-specific social content.
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and marketing teams to produce high-performing visual content.
  • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
  • Monitor comments, direct messages, mentions, and community engagement daily.
  • Build audience engagement through conversations, trend participation, and community interaction.
  • Launch and support organic and paid social campaigns for content, events, and promotions.
  • Analyze content performance and optimize strategy based on engagement and conversion data.
  • Track KPIs such as engagement, follower growth, reach, clicks, and conversions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing roles.
  • Experience managing business or brand accounts across multiple social platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
  • Experience using scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube best practices.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools.
  • Strong understanding of audience engagement, content strategy, and social media growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and optimize performance metrics.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience managing social media for SaaS, e-commerce, agencies, or professional services businesses (preferred).
  • Experience with influencer collaborations or UGC campaigns (preferred).
  • Familiarity with paid social advertising platforms and campaign boosting (preferred).
  • Experience creating short-form video content or coordinating video production (preferred).
  • Background in startup or fast-growing business environments (preferred).
