Description

  • Build and grow a high-quality local developer community of AI builders, engineers, and technical founders.
  • Identify key hubs, communities, and influential builders in the North America region.
  • Establish Nebius as a trusted, high-signal local presence.
  • Represent Nebius at events, meetups, and throughout the broader ecosystem.
  • Plan and execute meetups, workshops, hackathons, and community events.
  • Partner with local ecosystems such as startups, VCs, universities, and developer groups.
  • Identify, recruit, and support high-potential builders, creators, and community leaders.
  • Grow and manage a network of Nebius Fellows and Ambassadors across the region.
  • Enable Fellows and Ambassadors to run events, create content, and represent Nebius in their communities.
  • Bring community insights back to product, marketing, and leadership to help shape global developer engagement.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in community, developer marketing, events, or ecosystem roles.
  • Strong understanding of developer audiences, with AI/ML, infrastructure, or adjacent backgrounds preferred.
  • Proven experience running ambassador and/or grassroots community programs.
  • Highly execution-driven with the ability to move from idea to event to results quickly.
  • A strong local network, or the ability to build one quickly.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort with being the face of a brand in your region.
  • Ability to work in a globally distributed team with flexibility for meetings across US, Europe, and APAC time zones when needed.
  • Technical background or strong familiarity with AI and developer tooling is an added bonus.
  • Experience working with startups or developer ecosystems is an added bonus.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply and provide proof of employment eligibility.

  • Base compensation range of $121,100–$151,300 USD.
