Description

  • Build, launch, manage, and scale Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • Manage multiple client accounts and advertising budgets to achieve performance and profitability goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize audiences, placements, bidding strategies, budgets, and campaign structures.
  • Analyze CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and lead quality to guide optimization decisions.
  • Plan and run A/B tests across audiences, offers, ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
  • Develop creative concepts, messaging, and campaign angles; write briefs for designers and video editors.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and clients to improve advertising performance.
  • Prepare performance reports, present actionable recommendations, and maintain proactive client communication.
  • Stay current on Meta platform changes and test automation tools, optimization techniques, and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns.
  • Experience managing at least $10,000 per month in advertising spend.
  • Experience managing five or more client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and event tracking.
  • Experience optimizing lead-generation and customer-acquisition campaigns.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization decisions.
  • Experience developing creative strategies and writing detailed creative briefs.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment during U.S. business hours.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel, Close CRM or similar CRMs, Google Analytics, landing-page optimization, CRO, AI tools, digital marketing agencies, or U.S.-based clients (preferred).
