Description

Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Develop campaign structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, placements, and budget allocations.
Monitor and optimize campaigns against ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion-rate targets.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, issues, and optimization opportunities.
Conduct A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
Manage budget pacing and campaign scaling within approved spending limits.
Maintain accurate tracking and measurement using Meta Pixel, Conversion API, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM parameters.
Prepare timely performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Coordinate with creative and strategy teams to align campaigns with marketing objectives.
Troubleshoot campaign delivery, tracking, and advertising-policy issues.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
2–4 years of hands-on experience in media buying or performance marketing.
Practical experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Experience with TikTok Ads is an advantage.
Understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, budget management, and performance metrics.
Working knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Google Tag Manager.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to take ownership of campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Attention to detail, adaptability, and results orientation.
