Description

  • Own a portfolio of client accounts as the primary strategic contact.
  • Lead bi-weekly client calls and provide performance reports at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Translate performance data into recommendations, testing priorities, and strategic decisions.
  • Build, launch, and optimize Meta lead-generation and appointment-booking campaigns.
  • Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structures, and creative testing.
  • Monitor cost per appointment and other acquisition metrics, diagnosing underperformance and funnel issues.
  • Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts, including hooks, angles, offers, and messaging variations.
  • Collaborate with video editors and use performance data to develop creative hypotheses.
  • Set up and troubleshoot Meta pixels, conversion events, Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
  • Build client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals while proactively addressing risks and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, including substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns against defined performance targets and support client retention.
  • Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
  • Experience testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, offers, and messaging.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
  • Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Financial services marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience with lead-generation, appointment-setting, video sales letter, high-ticket, or considered-purchase funnels preferred.
  • Performance marketing agency and direct-response advertising experience preferred.
