Description

  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives across digital channels, with a focus on organic growth and revenue support.
  • Lead technical SEO efforts, including on-page optimization, audits, backlink strategies, and organic growth planning.
  • Manage website projects and updates using ASTRO, headless WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.
  • Create, oversee, or coordinate daily social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
  • Produce and manage content such as blogs, articles, PR outreach, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, projects, reporting systems, and operational workflows across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track marketing performance, SEO metrics, quarterly reporting, and shareholder updates.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve content production, SEO research, automation, and workflow efficiency.
  • Support crisis-response and brand communication efforts during high-priority or time-sensitive situations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing, growth, or marketing operations role.
  • Strong expertise in technical SEO and organic growth strategies.
  • Experience managing websites using ASTRO, WordPress, or headless CMS platforms.
  • Experience with Google Ads, backlink analysis, and SEO tools.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and how to apply them in marketing workflows.
  • Experience managing marketing projects and coordinating across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to independently manage and execute marketing initiatives.
  • Active involvement in the SEO or digital marketing community (preferred).
  • Experience with HubSpot, Slack, Asana, or similar operational tools (preferred).
  • Experience in luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or travel-related industries (preferred).
  • Experience leading crisis-response marketing initiatives (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Revenue Operations or marketing analytics systems (preferred).
