Description

  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels.
  • Drive organic growth through SEO, content, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Plan, coordinate, and track marketing campaigns and revenue-focused initiatives.
  • Create and oversee daily social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
  • Produce or manage blogs, articles, PR outreach, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to maintain visually engaging, brand-aligned content.
  • Lead technical SEO work, including on-page optimization, audits, backlink strategies, and organic growth planning.
  • Manage website projects using ASTRO, headless WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.
  • Monitor SEO performance and improve results based on analytics and market trends.
  • Manage marketing workflows, reporting systems, operational processes, and quarterly reporting.
  • Coordinate marketing projects across internal teams and external partners.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve content production, SEO research, automation, and workflow efficiency.
  • Support crisis-response marketing initiatives and maintain consistent brand communication during critical events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing, growth, or marketing operations role.
  • Strong expertise in technical SEO and organic growth strategies.
  • Experience managing websites using ASTRO, WordPress, or headless CMS platforms.
  • Experience with Google Ads, backlink analysis, and SEO tools.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and how to apply them in marketing workflows.
  • Experience managing marketing projects and working cross-functionally.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to independently manage and execute marketing initiatives.
  • Active involvement in the SEO or digital marketing community is preferred.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Slack, Asana, or similar operational tools is preferred.
  • Experience in luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or travel-related industries is preferred.
  • Experience leading crisis-response marketing initiatives is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Revenue Operations or marketing analytics systems is preferred.
