Description

  • Manage executive calendars, inboxes, scheduling, priorities, tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain operational trackers, documentation, digital assets, and organized internal systems.
  • Coordinate projects and communications across teams and stakeholders.
  • Create, schedule, publish, and monitor content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and online communities.
  • Manage social comments, DMs, community interactions, content calendars, and basic performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain GoHighLevel workflows, email campaigns, follow-up sequences, outreach workflows, and lead-nurturing automations.
  • Keep CRM records, pipeline stages, lead information, and campaign tracking accurate and up to date.
  • Edit short-form videos, create branded Canva assets, and maintain content libraries.
  • Support program participant onboarding, communications, progress tracking, and routine inquiries.
  • Research ideal client profiles, build prospect lists, support outreach, and assist with minor website, landing-page, advertising, and platform updates.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in executive assistance, marketing coordination, operations support, digital support, or a similar execution-focused role.
  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM, including workflows and automations.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Calendar.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram content.
  • Experience using Canva and familiarity with video-editing tools such as Veed, OpusClips, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet and a professional workspace.
  • Availability to work full-time during U.S. PST business hours.
  • Experience supporting founders, coaches, consultants, entrepreneurial businesses, startups, lead generation, email nurture campaigns, reporting, or online communities is preferred.
