Description

  • Design, build, and maintain production-grade full-stack web applications.
  • Own application architecture, data models, service boundaries, and key technical decisions.
  • Develop secure Python and FastAPI REST APIs, business logic, integrations, background jobs, and asynchronous workflows.
  • Build responsive frontend interfaces for forms, dashboards, and workflow management using modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Use Cursor, Claude Code, and other AI-assisted tools for development, debugging, testing, and documentation.
  • Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests while maintaining code quality and system reliability.
  • Implement validation, error handling, authentication, authorization, and secure handling of sensitive data.
  • Document technical decisions, participate in planning and code reviews, and communicate risks and blockers.
  • Optimize performance, reduce technical debt, and continuously improve scalability and maintainability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
  • Proven experience delivering production-grade web applications.
  • Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, and REST API development.
  • Experience with workflow-driven or form-heavy applications.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, API integrations, and Git.
  • Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and complex responsive user interfaces.
  • Hands-on experience with Cursor, Claude Code, or other AI-assisted development tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience with FinTech, tax software, compliance platforms, or financial systems (preferred).
  • Experience with highly secure applications, distributed teams, or scalable cloud architectures (preferred).
