Description

  • Support the Director of Property Management with scheduling, task tracking, reminders, and administrative coordination.
  • Track deadlines, recurring responsibilities, project milestones, and outstanding action items.
  • Organize documents, reports, spreadsheets, emails, checklists, and internal communications.
  • Maintain accurate records across company systems and update records in AppFolio.
  • Manage assigned projects from planning through completion.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, templates, checklists, and operational documentation.
  • Communicate professionally with tenants, customers, property owners, vendors, applicants, and internal teams.
  • Manage daily self-storage operations using Easy Storage Solutions.
  • Process reservations, rentals, move-ins, move-outs, payments, lease documentation, and account updates.
  • Prepare operational reports covering occupancy, lead activity, delinquency, and performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in business operations, administration, project coordination, property management, leasing, or customer service.
  • Strong professional customer service experience.
  • Experience supporting multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong phone communication and customer-facing experience.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and time management abilities.
  • Typing speed of 60+ WPM.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
  • Experience in property management, self-storage, leasing, or operations environments is preferred.
  • Experience using AppFolio is preferred.
  • Experience using Easy Storage Solutions is preferred.
  • Experience creating SOPs, workflows, templates, and operational documentation is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects is preferred.
  • Familiarity with occupancy reporting, collections, customer account management, and operational reporting is preferred.
