Description

Take end-to-end ownership of projects that remove friction and support company growth.
Embed with internal teams to understand pain points and translate them into scalable AI-powered tools and products.
Partner with embedded operators across RevOps, PeopleOps, SalesOps, and LegalOps to support their initiatives and connect their work back to central Operations.
Support central Operations programs such as business health, internal communications, and company event planning.
Own internal Operations documentation so teams understand the team’s work, current priorities, and how to engage support.
Solve ambiguous, time-sensitive operational problems and turn recurring issues into durable systems.
Measure the impact of shipped work using a data-driven approach and iterate based on results.
Build, test, and improve automations and workflows from scratch using AI and connected systems.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or another high-agency, high-ownership role.
Demonstrated end-to-end project ownership from problem diagnosis and stakeholder alignment through build, launch, and adoption.
Track record of diagnosing problems and driving change across multiple stakeholder groups.
Demonstrated ability to build and deploy AI agents or multi-step automations end-to-end.
Meaningful experience with third-party APIs and SaaS platforms.
Experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Airflow.
Experience with AI coding tools such as Claude or Cursor.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to move from raw data to insight to action.
Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment.
Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data extraction, analysis, and light scripting, preferred.
Familiarity with the modern data stack such as BigQuery, Looker, dbt, or Fivetran, preferred.
Experience in a product-led or developer-tool company, preferred.
Prior experience in a centralized Ops or Center of Excellence model, preferred.
Comfort with lightweight front-end work such as HTML/CSS, React basics, or Retool, preferred.
Experience building directly on top of LLM APIs, preferred.

Annual base salary range of $140,000 to $160,000 USD.
