Description

  • Choose and complete evaluation assignments based on personal preferences and profile fit.
  • Visit luxury stores or evaluate brands online from home.
  • Interact with sales associates during in-store or online evaluations.
  • Observe the ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
  • Submit honest feedback through questionnaires on the CXG platform.
  • Manage missions, certifications, and feedback through the mobile CXG Live platform.
  • Follow mission briefs for purchase-based or non-purchase evaluations.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be a current customer of premium and luxury brands.
  • Must not be under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
  • Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Must be observant and passionate about customer experience.
  • No prior experience is required.
  • Must complete a profile to 100% and get verified before accessing missions.
  • Must pass the General Certification to apply for missions.
