Description

Choose and complete evaluation assignments based on personal preferences and profile fit.
Visit luxury stores or evaluate brands online from home.
Interact with sales associates during in-store or online evaluations.
Observe the ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
Submit honest feedback through questionnaires on the CXG platform.
Manage missions, certifications, and feedback through the mobile CXG Live platform.
Follow mission briefs for purchase-based or non-purchase evaluations.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be a current customer of premium and luxury brands.
Must not be under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Must be observant and passionate about customer experience.
No prior experience is required.
Must complete a profile to 100% and get verified before accessing missions.
Must pass the General Certification to apply for missions.
