Description

  • Manage multiple ERRCS projects from bid request and estimating through installation, invoicing, and final closeout.
  • Review construction plans, specifications, project manuals, contracts, system designs, vendor quotes, and bills of materials.
  • Research and document project, code, AHJ, radio-system, licensing, permitting, insurance, bond, warranty, and maintenance requirements.
  • Coordinate RFQs, pricing, equipment orders, deliveries, and project costs with engineers, installers, distributors, trades, and vendors.
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute quotes, submittals, work orders, permits, certifications, system documentation, and project records.
  • Submit documentation for AHJ plan review, apply for permits, coordinate BDA transmission requests, and track approvals and inspections.
  • Coordinate customers, installers, technical services, trades, vendors, and authorities throughout project execution.
  • Maintain timelines, follow up on outstanding deliverables, communicate project status, and resolve issues before they affect deadlines.
  • Compile closeout packages, including commissioning and signal-test reports, warranties, installation photos, as-built designs, manuals, invoices, and lien waivers.
  • Improve project-management templates, documentation systems, workflows, reporting, and automation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects in the U.S.
  • Experience simultaneously managing multiple projects, budgets, timelines, contractors, resources, and competing priorities.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. construction project workflows and documentation processes.
  • Familiarity with the International Building Code (IBC) and International Fire Code (IFC).
  • Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, customers, engineers, and regulatory authorities.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Experience using project management systems and/or CRM platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal professional English communication skills.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-up, independent work, and process-learning abilities.
  • Experience with ERRCS, PS-DAS, BDA, RF systems, fire alarm systems, or public-safety communications (preferred).
  • Experience with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar construction-management platforms (preferred).
  • Experience with AHJs, construction permitting, plan reviews, and U.S.-based commercial construction companies (preferred).
