Description

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to uncover user needs and pain points.
  • Translate research findings into personas, journey maps, user flows, information architecture, and product requirements.
  • Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable UI components, and consistent design patterns.
  • Define and uphold standards for typography, color, spacing, interaction patterns, and accessibility.
  • Use product analytics and customer feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
  • Run usability tests and A/B tests to optimize layouts, navigation, workflows, and interaction patterns.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout discovery, planning, design reviews, and implementation.
  • Deliver developer-ready designs, documentation, and clear interaction specifications for handoff.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure WCAG-aligned accessibility across products.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Product Design or UX/UI Design experience.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX problem-solving, user-centered design, and responsive web and mobile work.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
  • Experience creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, responsive design, usability testing, and interaction design.
  • Ability to balance user needs with business objectives and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative approach, openness to feedback, and willingness to iterate.
  • Data-driven mindset for making design decisions.
  • Experience designing SaaS platforms, B2B software, enterprise applications, or consumer products is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, and other product analytics tools is preferred.
  • Basic front-end knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile product environments is preferred.
