Description

  • Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Create personas, journey maps, user flows, and information architecture.
  • Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for responsive web and mobile experiences.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and reusable UI component libraries.
  • Define and document design standards for typography, spacing, color, icons, and interactions.
  • Design accessible user experiences aligned with WCAG 2.1 standards.
  • Analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, and iterate designs to improve conversion, retention, and engagement.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Prepare developer-ready assets, interaction specifications, annotations, and design documentation.
  • Support implementation and ensure design quality in production.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving, product thinking, responsive design, and high-quality UI execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Experience creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, responsive design, and usability testing.
  • Experience designing for SaaS platforms, enterprise software, or consumer applications (preferred).
  • Experience maintaining large-scale design systems (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics platforms (preferred).
  • Availability to work full-time, remotely, during U.S. business hours from Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or Mexico.
