Description

  • Develop and manage performance-driven advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Plan and execute campaigns focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, sales, and brand growth.
  • Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, messaging, audience targeting, and campaign structures.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Optimize budgets, bids, placements, and targeting to improve ROAS and reduce CPA/CPL.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics and funnel performance using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, creative, design, and sales teams to improve campaign outcomes and lead quality.
  • Support landing page optimization and integrated marketing initiatives across paid, organic, and outbound channels.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or related paid platforms.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, attribution models, conversion tracking, and paid funnel optimization.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to improve ROAS, reduce CPA/CPL, and scale campaigns profitably.
  • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with both lead generation and e-commerce campaigns (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM and automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo (preferred).
  • Understanding of funnel marketing, audience segmentation, and lifecycle marketing (preferred).
  • Google Ads or Meta Ads certifications, or experience managing multiple accounts/client portfolios (preferred).
  • Experience in SaaS, agencies, professional services, or high-growth startups (preferred).
  • Full-time availability to work remote hours aligned with U.S. time zones, with candidates in Pakistan, LATAM, South Africa, or the Philippines preferred.
