Description

  • Draft contracts, pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal correspondence under attorney supervision.
  • Prepare corporate governance documents such as resolutions, minutes, and entity filings.
  • Review, proofread, and revise legal documents for accuracy, formatting, consistency, and completeness.
  • Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and government databases, then summarize findings in memos.
  • Research statutes, regulations, case law, and compliance requirements to support litigation and transactional matters.
  • Track litigation calendars, filing schedules, hearings, discovery deadlines, and other critical milestones.
  • Organize exhibits, evidence files, deposition summaries, trial binders, and other case preparation materials.
  • Assist with document review, e-discovery, and document production workflows while maintaining version control.
  • Support compliance documentation, regulatory filings, policy updates, and audit preparation.
  • Communicate with clients and attorneys to gather documents, provide status updates, and coordinate legal priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate.
  • 3+ years of professional paralegal experience.
  • Experience with case and document management systems such as Clio, Relativity, iManage, or similar platforms.
  • Strong legal research experience using Westlaw, LexisNexis, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience drafting legal documents and supporting discovery processes.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Litigation support and trial preparation experience preferred.
  • Corporate paralegal experience, including entity management and governance documentation, preferred.
  • Experience supporting compliance and regulatory matters preferred.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, or other compliance frameworks preferred.
  • E-discovery and document production experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting remote legal teams or multiple attorneys simultaneously preferred.
  • Ability to work full-time remotely during U.S. client business hours.
  • Location preference for LATAM, Pakistan, Philippines, or South Africa.
