Description

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and Local Services Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research, manage match types and negative keywords, and refine bid strategies and ad copy.
  • Build and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for brand awareness, lead generation, and remarketing.
  • Develop and optimize custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and campaign performance daily to improve efficiency and scale winners.
  • Work with landing page tools to test headlines, CTAs, forms, and layouts for better conversion rates.
  • Build weekly and monthly performance reports and present data-backed recommendations.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance issues early.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership and creative teams to improve campaign priorities and creative performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on paid media management experience.
  • Strong experience managing Google Ads, including Google Search, Performance Max, and Local Services Ads (LSA).
  • Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end.
  • Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $50,000+.
  • Proven ability to optimize campaigns using performance data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Preferred experience in home services, B2B, or local service businesses.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, CallRail, CRM platforms, and call tracking systems.
  • Experience supporting multi-location businesses or franchise organizations.
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for landing page updates.
