Description

  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about medical services, appointment scheduling, insurance support, and billing questions.
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-first support throughout the customer journey.
  • Troubleshoot service issues and internal technology platform problems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and follow-through.
  • Escalate complex cases appropriately while maintaining patient trust.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of patient interactions and service updates.
  • Ensure documentation meets quality, accuracy, compliance, confidentiality, and data security standards.
  • Participate in training and ongoing development initiatives.
  • Adapt quickly to changing tools, processes, and patient needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, with healthcare experience preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, verbal and written.
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience using CRM systems and communication tools such as Slack and Zoom.
  • Ability to work consistently within LATAM time zones.
  • Previous experience in healthcare, medical support, or patient services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with appointment scheduling, insurance verification, or billing inquiries is preferred.
  • Experience supporting customers across phone, email, and chat channels is preferred.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote role.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to confidentiality and data security.
