Description

  • Own the marketing function and overall marketing roadmap.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives that support lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue objectives.
  • Analyze performance data across marketing channels and present monthly KPI reports with recommendations.
  • Manage the company’s LinkedIn presence, including weekly content for the company page and executive personal brands.
  • Create and distribute a monthly newsletter to approximately 12,000 subscribers.
  • Develop blog content strategy, manage publication schedules, and coordinate case study development.
  • Plan and execute webinars every 6–8 weeks, including promotion, registration, follow-up, and repurposing content.
  • Manage Salesforce Pardot (MCAE) campaigns, email nurture sequences, and quarterly Salesforce Sales Engagement cadences.
  • Support sales enablement and channel-partner-led go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage website updates in Webflow, maintain the Google Business Profile, and support redesign or rebranding initiatives.
  • Hire and manage contractors such as designers, developers, SEO specialists, and copywriters.
  • Develop scalable marketing workflows, improve reporting and content production systems, and use AI tools to increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience owning or leading a marketing function with limited resources.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Experience creating marketing content such as LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and blog briefs.
  • Experience using Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Engagement, Salesforce Pardot (MCAE), LinkedIn, Webflow, Zoom Webinars, Canva, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and KPI reporting.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Experience hiring and managing contractors directly.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and marketing’s role in revenue generation.
  • Active use of AI tools in marketing workflows, with the ability to explain how AI is integrated into current operations.
  • Experience in managed IT services, MSP, telecom, networking, or related industries is preferred.
  • Experience marketing through channel partners, VARs, or reseller networks is preferred.
  • SEO knowledge and experience working with SEO specialists is preferred.
  • Experience leading a company rebrand is preferred.
  • Experience managing website redesign or migration projects is preferred.
  • Experience scaling marketing operations in companies between $5M–$50M in annual revenue is preferred.
  • Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar AI tools extensively within marketing workflows is preferred.
