Description

  • Own and manage the deal pipeline in HubSpot CRM.
  • Track inbound interest, responses, follow-ups, deal stages, notes, tasks, and next steps.
  • Send proactive follow-ups and reminders for slow-moving opportunities.
  • Manage long sales cycles of 6–12+ months with consistency and organization.
  • Flag urgent items and keep leadership aligned on priorities.
  • Maintain and update Excel tracking templates and reports.
  • Organize deal data into clean, professional summaries, graphs, visual reports, and structured updates.
  • Support preparation of client-facing materials, pitch content, and internal reporting.
  • Coordinate scheduling for meetings, investor calls, and deal discussions.
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and follow-up cadences across deal workflows and internal processes.

Requirements

  • Experience working with HubSpot CRM, deal tracking systems, sales pipelines, or operations coordination.
  • Background in operations, executive support, CRM management, deal coordination, or finance support is highly preferred.
  • Strong hands-on HubSpot CRM experience, including deal stages, tasks, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including formatting, reporting, templates, and data organization.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Ability to draft professional follow-up emails independently.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable managing repetitive tracking and follow-up work.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues before escalation.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment and available during EST business hours.
  • Must be based in South Africa or Latin America.
  • Exposure to investment banking, private equity, M&A, finance operations, founders/executives, pitch decks, data visualization, CRM automations, or operational reporting workflows is a plus.
