Description

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and outreach through qualification, demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Respond to inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals in a timely manner.
  • Proactively generate outbound pipeline through cold email outreach, phone calls, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover client needs, pain points, goals, and buying motivations.
  • Deliver tailored virtual demos and sales presentations to prospects and decision-makers.
  • Handle objections, negotiate pricing and contract terms within approved guidelines, and drive deals to close.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales activities, and support pipeline visibility and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams, sales engineers, and account managers to improve lead quality and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Provide feedback on campaign performance and optimize outreach strategies based on pipeline and conversion results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or full-cycle B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, closing deals consistently, and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or other sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to run the complete sales cycle independently.
  • Strong virtual presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, listening, and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience selling SaaS, marketing services, or professional services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SMB and mid-market sales cycles is preferred.
  • Experience managing average deal sizes of $5K–$50K is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Challenger Sales, SPIN Selling, or MEDDIC is preferred.
